JEDDAH, 26 May 2004 — The Abdul Lateef Jamil (ALJ) Fund for Social Development and the Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (JCCI) have signed an agreement under which interest-fee loans will be extended for establishing small and medium enterprises (SMEs). The agreement was signed at the chamber’s headquarter by Ibrahim Badawood, senior general manger, ALJ Community Services Programs, and Ziad Bassam Al-Bassam, JCCI board member and chairman of the Small Business Development Center.
