JEDDAH, 5 June 2004 — Three intermediate school students in Hail were struck off the register after engaging in a scuffle with their principal, Okaz reported. The principal had caught one of them cheating during an exam, and when the culprit became aggressive, two other students rushed to his aid and attacked the principal.
The principal withdrew criminal charges against the three after “a number of prominent personalities” intervened.
