TAIF, 30 June 2004 — Students of the Pakistan International School Taif gained excellent results in the secondary school exam of the Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE), Islamabad. The girls’ section gained 100 percent, with 40 percent of students getting A1 and 27 percent students getting A.
In the girls’ section, Tahira Younas was in first position with distinction by securing 769 marks. Fajar Baqir and Saima Sheikh came second and third by securing 759 and 740 marks.
In the boys’ section, Imtiaz Saleem came first by securing 697 marks. Jhanzeb Ansari and Mudasar Arif came second and third with 696 and 670 marks.
Muhammad Aslam, chairman of the board of directors of the school praised the performance of teachers and congratulated the successful students and their parents.
