RIYADH, 5 September 2005 — The Ministry of Commerce and Industry approved new regulations in issuing certificates of origin in an attempt by the ministry to develop its procedure. The new regulations were circulated in all ministry branches and chambers of commerce to inform exporters and can be referred to at the ministry’s website. The regulations cover bilateral agreements both regional and international.
