RIYADH, 8 September 2005 — A general body meeting of the Osmania University Old Boys NRI Association (OUOBNA) was held here recently. In the meeting, Dr. Niaz Ahmed Khan and M. A. Rasool were elected OUOBNA’s chairman and vice chairman, respectively. The session was presided over by Indian Airlines Manager Mohammed Quaiser, the outgoing chairman. Other office bearers include Syed Shah Subhani, general secretary, Mohammed Mubin, joint secretary and M. A. Nayeem, treasurer. Mohammed Baseeruddin, the OUOBNA’s outgoing general secretary, presented the annual report. Quaiser congratulated the newly-elected office bearers. A press release from the group said that M. A. Rasool was elected as vice chairman by the OUOBNA general body.
