JUBAIL, 20 September 2005 — The Royal Commission in Jubail finished the first stage of Jubail 2 project well before the deadline, Al-Eqtisadiah newspaper reported. The works included bridge network, roads, cooling system and sewerage system. This first stage of the project is to establish connection between the two industrial areas of Jubail 1 and 2.
