RIYADH, 13 October 2005 — The Saudi Basic Industries Corp. (SABIC) announced that it issued a press release in Jan. 15 of this year regarding the case filed against the company from ExxonMobile. The Supreme Court in Delaware issued a decision in favor of ExxonMobile and SABIC paid the money at the time/ then SABIC asked the higher federal court to review the decision but the company refused. This refusal will not impose any financial obligation on the company and will not affect the financial position of the company.
