RIYADH, 18 October 2005 — Saudi Electricity Co.’s third-quarter net profit rose 3 percent to SR1.45 billion ($386.7 million) from SR1.41 billion a year earlier, the company said yesterday.
Profit for the first nine months of 2005 was up 26 percent at SR1.76 billion, SEC said in a statement on the Saudi bourse website. It gave no further details.
