YANBU, 20 October 2005 — The general manager of the Royal Commission in Yanbu, Dr. Akili ibn Daifullah Khawaji, signed two memoranda to specify to locations for two factories in Yanbu industrial city. The first was for Saudi Aramco with total space of 400 hectares. The company will establish and operate and oil refinery at total cost of SR18.75 billion; the project will provide 750 job opportunities.
