JEDDAH, 13 November 2005 — BMG Financial Advisors and The Family Business Academy (FBA) together with Saudi Investment Bank (SAIB) are organizing a forum titled “Leading Family Business to the Right IPO”.

Basil M. Al-Ghalayini, CEO of BMG, recently granted a license for advising and arranging by the Capital Market Authority (CMA), indicated that “this forum will answer three important questions; Why? When? and How? you should take your family business public, especially in view of the current overheated stock market.

“The timing of this forum is more important than ever, especially after the Kingdom’s joining of the WTO”, Al-Ghalayini added.

The forum’s agenda has not been finalized yet but team members from BMG, FBA, SAIB, Baker McKenzie and Garoub Law office will tackle most of the topics and issues related to financial, legal, regulatory and operational under the CMA rules and regulations. Furthermore, Mohammed Al-Akeel, chairman of Jarir Marketing Company, will share and discuss his company’s transformation from privately owned to a successfully listed public company. At the end, the panel will answer all questions by the audience.

This forum will be held in Al-Faysaliah hotel in Riyadh on Dec. 18.
