KUWAIT, 14 November 2005 — Kuwaiti real estate investment firm Mabanee Co., in which Al Shaye Group recently acquired a 35 percent stake, said yesterday that all its board members have resigned. Mabanee said in a statement on the bourse website that the resignation of Chairman and Managing Director Khalid Al-Mishari was accepted on Saturday. It said the other five board members have also tendered in their resignations. The company said Mishari will continue to run the company until a general assembly meeting elects a new board.
