JEDDAH, 15 November 2005 — A court in Makkah ordered a private hospital to pay SR50,000 in compensation to a dermatologist who was sacked illegally, Al-Watan reported. The court also ordered the hospital to issue the doctor an experience certificate and pay his salary for the remaining period of his contract. The doctor, an Arab national, filed a lawsuit against the hospital alleging that it had fired him wrongfully.
