RIYADH, 15 November 2005 — The Interior Ministry has asked citizens who own unlicensed weapons to quickly obtain permits to keep them before the end of a deadline set by the ministry. It said citizens who do not wish to get permits for their weapons shall forfeit them to the ministry before the deadline passes without incurring any punishment.
