RIYADH, 17 November 2005 — Albilad Bank has filed an appeal against the court order directing it to pay expenses to Al-Rajhi employees, Al-Watan reported. The order was issued more than two months ago in favor of 175 Al-Rajhi employees who lost their jobs when the moneychanger merged with Albilad. Khaled Abu Rashed, the employees’ lawyer, said the higher court’s decision would be final and binding. The court will consider the appeal on Sunday.
