TAIF, 27 November 2005 — A health institution in Taif decided to impose a SR100 fine on any teacher or student found smoking inside the building, Al-Madinah reported. Violators will have to appear before a disciplinary committee. The institution said that it would not be easy on smokers and that an institution which is encouraging good health should not allow smoking on its premises.
