Braun released its new blood pressure (BP) monitor and showed its appreciation to pharmacists throughout the Kingdom for their role in providing information on hypertension and regular BP monitoring during the recent world heart day. Its range of wrist monitors, the most recent being the improved BP3550, incorporates the new EasyClick wrist cuff, a self-adjusting strap that automatically fastens correctly, taking clinically accurate readings at home and making it easier and more reliable than ever. The measurement process is also made extremely comfortable with a new soft-inflation technology to take readings during inflation rather than deflation, requiring lower maximal pressure and reducing noise to a minimal level. The new monitors also have an award-winning positioning function to indicate the correct heart level for precision and accuracy of readings.
