JEDDAH, 10 May 2006 — Saudi Research and Marketing Group (SRMG), the largest publishing and communications house in the Middle East, will support the Kingdom’s first Corporate Social Responsibility Forum (CSRF) as a platinum sponsor. This support comes in line with the group’s strategy to support the conferences industry across the Kingdom.
The two-day CSRF will take place in Riyadh on May 28-30 and is set to draw huge participation from both the private and public sector.
“The support of SRMG is a key pillar to the success of the forum and to corporate social responsibility in the Kingdom as the media plays a powerful role in bringing attention to the needs and requirements of the community and the efforts that are exerted by various organizations,” said Loay Hisham Nazer, chairman of Arab Conferences Company (ARC).

Organized by ARC and the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce and Industry in association with the UN Development Program under the theme “Mandatory or Voluntary” the forum aims to delve into the intricacies of CSR programs while demonstrating practical experiences and showcasing various case studies and models of such programs practiced both inside and outside of the Kingdom.
The two-day meet is expected to draw more than 500 businessmen and women, government officials and CSR practitioners from leading Saudi and international companies.
Leading Saudi and international CSR practitioners will present a series of successful case studies in the field.
