JIZAN, 29 May 2006 — A three-year-old Yemeni child has the sad honor of being the youngest undocumented migrant detained by Saudi anti-beggary authorities, Okaz daily reported yesterday. The child was detained after his parents fled a raid. The child reportedly began begging for money from police right inside the detention center.
