ALKHOBAR, 30 May 2006 — Three young men robbed a filling station next door to a police station, the daily Al-Watan reported yesterday. The thugs beat up the gas station attendant, emptied the register and fled, all within a stone’s throw of a local police station. Cops there were shocked — shocked! — to find out that such a crime took place right under their noses — which apparently are located below their eyes. They decided the next thing on their agenda was to search for the criminals — you know . . . because it’s their job.
