JEDDAH, 7 June 2006 — Prince Mishaal Ibn Abdullah has been elected as the chairman of the next board of directors of the M.M. United Co., according to a company statement received here on Monday. The general body of the company on Monday elected Prince Mishaal, who received the highest number of votes in the election, followed by Muhammad Hamid Faez, Ahmad Abdul Qader Bahafadhallah, Ibrahim Ibn Misfar Al-Malki, Muhammad Umar Taher and Fuad Abdullah Al-Suleimani. The seventh member is Muhammad Saad Al-Ghamdi.
The new board of directors scheduled to start its deliberations on Nov. 28. The general body decided to appoint Ahmad Abdullah Bajunaid & Partners and Azzam Muhammad Sharif as the company’s new auditors, Ahmad Abdul Qader Bahafadhallh, CEO of the company, said in the statement.
