MAKKAH, 21 February 2007 — The National Human Rights Committee has opened an office here after determining a need based on the high number of domestic abuse complaints in the holy city, local newspapers reported yesterday. The office, located off the Makkah-Taif road at Al-Komari Center, will be inaugurated later this month.
