RIYADH, 23 March 2007 — Bahraini actress Shaima Al-Sabat will play the lead role in the upcoming television show “Jumana” for the Al-Rai TV channel, the daily Al-Watan reported yesterday.
The cast for the 30-episode show includes Basima Hammada, Ahmad Salman, Khaled Baraiki.
Shaima plays the role of Jumana, a young woman who struggles to take care of her brothers and sisters after the sudden death of their father.
