RIYADH, 30 March 2007 — Suzuki Saudia, the sole distributor of Suzuki vehicles in Saudi Arabia, has been presented the “Award of Perfection” by Suzuki Motor Corporation (SMC) after recording the best sales figures in 2006. Suzuki Saudia was also recognized as the best distributor in the Middle East in an award ceremony, which was attended by Kazuyuki Yamashita, SMC’s deputy staff manager for Middle East and Africa.
“It is indeed a pleasure for Suzuki Saudia to receive this ‘Award of Perfection’ because of its efforts in improving customer care, after-sales service and human resource development,” said Ahmed Al-Sahamaile, Suzuki Saudia’s sales manager, here yesterday. “Suzuki Saudia has followed high standards in developing marketing strategies to increase its share of the Saudi market,” he added.
“Moreover, Suzuki Saudia has packaged its products and services to conform to various needs of individuals, families or corporate clients,” Al-Sahamaile said, adding that Suzuki Saudia is planning to inaugurate four new branches in 2007 as part of the expansion program of its distribution network across the Kingdom. Suzuki Saudia ultimately aims to provide easy access to all Suzuki vehicles and meet various requirements of all market segments in the Kingdom, he pointed out.
He said that “Suzuki Motor Corporation has greatly appreciated the efforts of Suzuki Saudia and has pledged to support various initiatives and goal of tripling its sales figures in 2009. We look forward to staying ahead of the challenges in order to meet and even exceed the expectations of SMC, as well as the Saudi automotive market.”
He added that Suzuki Saudia has a total of 21 branches across the Kingdom. The company is planning to open more offices in near future across the Kingdom as part of its ambitious strategy to improve access points to key markets. The company is implementing various programs to improve customer relations, after-sales service and product options to provide its clients a comprehensive range of automotive solutions.
