RIYADH, 10 January 2008 — A six-year-old Indian girl died in a car accident involving a 14-year-old Saudi driver in Riyadh yesterday.

A speeding car killed Lamia Fatima when she came out of her house in Naseem district to throw garbage. The injured child was spotted lying on the road by a passerby.

The child’s father Mujibur Rahman Ansari is from the south Indian city of Hyderabad. Her mother works as a laboratory technician at Yamamah Hospital.
