It will receive applications for consular services from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. that day. The processed documents will be delivered on Friday (Feb. 1) between 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. New passports will be delivered on Feb. 8 between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m.
