JEDDAH, 28 April 2008 — Abdul Sattar Khan, a well-known journalist and research scholar, will deliver a series of lectures focusing on 10 Companions of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) to whom the Prophet had promised paradise. The first lecture of these series will be given today.
"The manner in which the 10 heaven-bound companions went forward with the Islamic movement, the scarifies they made in support of the Prophet, and the enthusiasm they showed in spreading the message of Islam will certainly inspire Muslims all over the world," said Abdul Mateen Osmani, one of the organizers.
