RIYADH, 29 April 2008 — The Director General of Saudi Press Agency (SPA), Abdulaziz ibn Saad Al-Ghamdi, died here yesterday after suffering from an illness. Al-Ghamdi played a significant role in the development of the official Saudi news agency.
