JEDDAH, 28 May 2008 — The Consulate General of India is organizing its annual mushaira at the International Indian School-Jeddah (Boys Section) auditorium at 8.30 p.m. on June 5. Those interested may send their names and valid iqama numbers (along with contact telephone numbers) today and tomorrow to the consulate on fax: 6505019 or e-mail [email protected]. The cards will be issued on first-come-first-served basis and the list of invitees can be seen on the consulate website (www.cgijeddah.com) on May 31.
The invitation passes can be collected on Sunday (June 1) and Monday (June 2) from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the consulate. Arrangements will also be made to screen the mushaira live at the open ground outside the auditorium and separate passes will be issued for this area also for those who cannot not be accommodated in the auditorium.
