JEDDAH: Al-Amal Hospital will hold an anti-drug campaign entitled “You are the Hope” for the whole year starting June 30. Jeddah Gov. Prince Mishaal ibn Majed will launch the event. The day coincides with the World Anti-Drug Day observed on June 26 every year. The purpose of the campaign is to warn people about the danger of drugs. The other aim is to encourage people who are already involved in addiction to solve their problem immediately.
Anti-Drugs Department, police, traffic police, charity organizations, education directorate, youth league and the Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and Industry will take part in the campaign.
