CAIRO: Two Saudis were among eight injured in a hotel fire in Egypt’s capital city, Al-Madinah newspaper reported yesterday.
There were 25 Saudis in the Amoun Hotel in Gameat Al-Dowal on Al-Arabiyyah Street at the time of the fire. Four Egyptians and two Sudanese were also injured.
All eight were treated for smoke inhalation at Imbaba public hospital.
The cause of the fire is being investigated. The names of the injured were not disclosed.
