RIYADH: Saudi Telecom Company (STC) has launched its new campaign for all SaudiNet cards by giving its customers 50 percent extra time for all Afaq DSL cards for 256 kb/s to 2 mb/s speeds during a promotional period which will last for two months. This promotion allows customers to enjoy more time to browse the Internet during the summer vacation using SaudiNet cards, claimed to be the highest quality cards in the Saudi market.
Damas says London listing an option
DUBAI: Dubai-listed jewelry group Damas International Ltd may look into a second listing, possibly on the London Stock Exchange. “We have not ruled out a dual listing, possibly in London, since the first day of our initial public offering,” Damas Chief Executive Tawhid Abdullah said. He did not say when the company would decide on seeking a second listing.
Burgan buybackplan approved
KUWAIT: Burgan Bank, a unit of Kuwait Projects Co. (KIPCO), said yesterday it has secured a central bank approval to buy back up to 10 percent of its stock. The six-month buyback period starts yesterday, the bank said in a statement on the bourse website.
