TAIF: At least seven girl students and three police officers were injured when a speeding car crashed into them at the scene of an accident yesterday morning.
The three officers were attending an accident involving a minibus on the Al-Sail-Taif road when a speeding car careened into the students and the officers.
The bus was carrying at least 15 schoolgirls.
Saeed Al-Zahrani, spokesman for the Taif Health Department, said Al-Sail Health Center received 10 patients — seven students and three officers.
Most of those injured have been treated and released from hospital, he added.
