The committee will consider designs, approve the several stages of the project and issue a construction license after completing all required procedures.

The mayor formed the committee after the General Railway Organization filed a request for a license to build the terminal. A member of the committee, comprising municipality officials, said the needs and requirements of the disabled would be taken into consideration when approving the designs.
