- JEDDAH: Pakistani President Asif Ali Zardari has lauded the role of the Pakistan International School in Jeddah (English Section) in promoting Pakistan to Saudi Arabia.
- He also commended the school’s outstanding academic results.
School principal Sehar Kamran presented the school’s annual yearbook to Zardari at a meeting in Islamabad on Wednesday.
The president also presented her with a commendatory letter in which he expressed his satisfaction on the progress and performance of the school, its students and staff, as well as appreciating Kamran’s hard work.
“The appreciation of the President of Pakistan is a great honor for the school, and it has given new impetus and encouragement to serve with more devotion and uphold the image of Pakistan in the Kingdom,” Kamran said.
A few school students and elected student council members will visit Pakistan during the spring break in March.
