MAKKAH: A Saudi man in his 30s was beaten black and blue by the family of a nine-year-old child he lured into his car in Makkah on Thursday.
The family was at a private resort in the city when they noticed the nine-year-old missing. The child was subsequently found inside a car with the man who was set upon by the child’s family.
The man also suffered fractured bones in the prolonged attack, which only came to an end when local people interfered.
A member of the family said this is not the first time that the man has approached the same child. The family called the police but released the man after he promised he would not bother the child again.
