- DAMMAM: Police here arrested a man accused of stealing a wallet and using the ATM card to withdraw SR25,000, the daily Al-Madinah reported on Wednesday.
The owner of the wallet complained to police about a 48-year-old Saudi man, who was arrested and is being investigated.
