The blast Friday struck the RA Bazaar, which lies in a neighborhood where several security agencies have facilities.

It's the second time this week that Lahore has been hit by a bomb attack. The last one targeted a police interrogation facility, killing 13 people.

The attacks have shattered a period of relative calm in Pakistan, which has been battling Al-Qaeda and Taleban violence.
