When officers noticed the pair arguing loudly inside a car, they stopped to investigate. Upon seeing the cops, the car driver fled the scene on foot. The officers chased the man and arrested him. When they went back to the scene, they discovered that he had been driving a stolen vehicle. Stolen goods were found inside the car.

The passenger was also arrested and both were taken to a police station for questioning.
