Husain's exceptional style, unwavering passion for life, and enthusiasm for all things beautiful placed him in a league of his own many years ago, and he is often referred to as the 'Picasso of India'. Internationally acclaimed and celebrated across the globe, his work has won over art connoisseurs and novices alike, and captivated an audience that reaches far and wide, bridging cultures and rendering borders limitless.

Husain is very fond of the Middle East, and has recently been granted Qatari citizenship. He spends much of his time in Dubai, and appreciates the ever-expanding appreciation for art forms in the region.

"The UAE is a second home to me, and I am looking forward to debuting this collection in such an inspirational place. Art was my first and true love, and I am honoured to this day to continue exhibiting my pieces and spreading the word about different art forms. At the age of 94 I truly feel blessed to be able to continue sharing my work and my passion," said Husain.
