Taif Gov. Fahd bin Abdul Aziz bin Muammar received the diplomats as they arrived at Al-Kar tourist village. The guests visited various tourist spots such as the historic Shabra Palace, Al-Hada mountain, and swimming pools.

They also viewed folk art shows. The visiting dignitaries included Tunisian Consul General in Jeddah Muhammad Fathi, Consul General of Palestine Emad Sulaiman Shaath and Egypt's Consul General in Jeddah Ali Al-Ashri.

The guests were accompanied by director general of the Makkah branch of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Muhammad Tayb, and other officials.
