An initiative of Abdul Latif Jameel Community Services Programs (ALJCSP), BRJ created 726 jobs for men and 320 for women through its direct employment program.

Some job opportunities were created through support from the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF).

Jobs provided for young men include cashiers, security guards, merchandisers, mechanics and administrative coordinators in several companies including Al-Hukair, Al-Liwa, Al-Dhahabi Security Company and Panda Al-Azizia. Women found jobs as merchandisers, security guards, receptionists and kindergarten teachers in certain companies, private schools and the Arabian ALF Foundation.

In addition, 527 job opportunities in several fields have been created through a scheme that provides employment at the end of a training program, including accountants, AC technicians, beauticians, nurses and caterers.

Participating companies include Nasir Saeed Al-Hajri and Partners in the Eastern Province, Carrefour in the Northern Province and Al-Baik in the Western Province.
