DAMMAM: Eastern Province police arrested a man accused of shooting two people with an automatic rifle, killing one and injuring the other on Thursday. According to Al-Jazirah newspaper, the incident started when two men got into an argument. The brother of one of the men shot the other man, killing him instantly. A bystander was also shot, but is reported to be in stable condition at a local hospital.
