Prosecutors said in a court hearing Monday they have extended charges to include the Public Warehousing Co.'s subsidiaries in the US and Kuwait. The charges are under seal, although a judge could decide to make them public later Monday.

Public Warehousing Company, also known as Agility, called the decision “regrettable” and said the charges taint firms that have strong track records.

The company is the military's main food supplier in Kuwait, Iraq and Jordan. It is charged with making false statements, submitting false claims and committing wire fraud. Its attorneys have been trying to broker a settlement with prosecutors.
