BAHA: A young man has been arrested for his illicit relations with a number of girl students, Al-Madinah newspaper reported on Tuesday. Members of the Commission for Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice said the man, in his 20s, was caught for a third time in an apartment with an unreported number of girls who were not with their legal guardians, a crime known as khalwa (illegal seclusion).
