YANBU: Agents of the Commission for the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice (Haia) arrested a couple in Yanbu on khalwa (illegal seclusion) charges. The young man was observed picking up a student from a women’s college and taking her to a furnished rental flat. The young woman reportedly confessed to the agents that she was not related to or married to the young man.
