The man confessed to a relationship with the woman but he denied the blackmailing charges. Members of the Commission for the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice (Haia) found pictures of the woman on his computer. The handicapped man claimed the woman was afraid her affair with him would be exposed, so she accused him of blackmail first to make herself look like innocent.
