- ALKHOBAR: HDFC Ltd., an Indian housing finance company, in association with Alkhobar-based Rezayat Group, is hosting "Homes From India," a property presentation for non-resident Indians in Saudi Arabia.
- The two-day fair starting Thursday is being held at the Carlton Hotel in Alkhobar.
More than 15,000 units will be on display at the fair, including a wide range of under-construction and ready possession properties comprising flats, apartments, villas and row houses, with sizes ranging between 555 sq. ft. and 6,500 sq. ft. and prices ranging Rs.1.4 million Indian to Rs.40 million.
Rezayat Group CFO Jacob Kurien and HDFC southern regional head Mathew Joseph will open the fair here, while in Riyadh Vittal Prabhu, MD, Al-Bandar-Centerpoint, and A. Jagannathan of Rezayat Group will follow suit on June 14.
The objective of the fair is to provide a platform for home-seekers to directly interact with a large pool of renowned developers, seek information on their established and upcoming projects, which are HDFC approved and also seek assistance on HDFC's home loan advisory services.
