Mobily and Globe partnership, which is part of Mobily's strategy and commitment to provide different market segments with tailored products and services, will benefit the Filipino community in the Kingdom through reduced rates to Globe network, and through enabling a future introduction of new innovative services. The services will be created jointly by Mobily and Globe to serve better the Filipino community, and make them closer to the Philippines, a company statement said.

New and existing subscribers of "Mabuhay Kababayan," formerly known as the Mubhay package, will receive a special rate for outgoing calls (99 halala per minute) and SMS (30 halala) to Globe network in the Philippines.

All phone calls & SMS to other networks in Philippine will remain without any changes. Customers will still be able to set call their favorite number to any operator in the Philippines for SR1.4, and text SMS for 30 halala. Mobily added that this promotion is obtainable through any of Mobily's outlets while existing customers to Mobily prepaid packages can get this offer by sending SMS with "Mabuhay" to 1100.
