- KHAMIS MUSHAYT: A young man landed himself in hot water when he called a young woman and told her he would come to her house at night in the city of Khamis Mushayt in the southern province of Asir.
The man called her because some of his friends told him that she used to receive young men at her house. Terrified, the woman called the Commission for Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice (Haia) and told them about the man’s insulting telephone call. The Haia then asked the woman to invite the man to her home as part of a sting operation.
When the man arrived at the gate of the house, waiting Haia members sprung their trap and handed the naughty man over to police, a local daily reported on Monday.
