- Norman Finkelstein on the "US Involvement in Israeli Occupation" at the Forest Mall in the Tempe campus on Oct.
Dr. Finkelstein is currently an independent scholar and has authored five books. Following Dr. Finkelstein's talk, participants will have the opportunity to take part in a question-answer session.
We Hold These Truths has donated to SJP copies of the book, "One Nation Under Israel," that will be on sale at the event along with the video, "Christian Zionism: The Tragedy & The Turning, Part 1.
Norman Finkelstein is an American political scientist and author whose primary fields of research are the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and the politics of the Holocaust. He is a graduate of Binghamton University and received his Ph. D in Political Science from Princeton University. He has held faculty positions at Brooklyn College, Rutgers University, Hunter College, New York University, and, most recently, DePaul University, where he was an assistant professor from 2001 to 2007.
